SALES MANAGER

Position Level Manager Requirements - Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the lubricants and sealants industry - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market trends - Proficient in MS Office applications and adept at using sales and customer relationship management tools - Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders - A degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Responsibilities - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth prospects - Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction - Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities - Mentoring and supporting the sales team to enhance their skills and performance Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
